Summary

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator (Digital) who is passionate about implementing digital activities to drive brand awareness and to increase overall UK&I sales revenue.

The role will have responsibility for executing and monitoring across all digital channels for UK & Ireland. Optimising the use of website, marketing automation and other digital marketing tactics, to ensure they are successfully executed to a high-quality standard.

The position requires a candidate who understands both traditional and digital marketing activities, is motivated, self-sufficient with a high attention to detail and experience of managing and utilising data to inform, plan and target effectively.

Responsibilities

Website

Webmaster for UKI website, ensuring all content is fresh, up to date, is in-line with corporate guidelines, and the site is performing at optimal capacity to deliver a positive user experience.

Collaborate with relevant colleagues to create landing pages that optimize user experiences and support the marketing communications, sales pipeline, and attainment of the company objectives.

Campaign Management

Track campaign progress, measuring and reporting performance of all digital marketing campaigns with assessment against budgets and goals (ROI and KPIs).

Identify, collaborate, and monitor the work of the third parties and digital agencies as requested to ensure goals are achieved to the agreed quality standards within the agreed budgets.

Develop and execute multi-touch, integrated digital programs for audience acquisition and engagement to create demand generation for our product solutions and marketing funnel, helping to move leads through the lead funnel.

Involvement in paid digital marketing tactics, working with the corporate marketing teams to support execution of regional campaigns.

Create impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities.

Manage adverts schedule, brief, and liaise with regional and corporate teams and agencies

Coordinate with the events coordinator for digital support on industry and InterSystems’ local events and participation, and or support third-party events from concept through to follow-through activities including tradeshows, conferences, seminars, webcasts, customer Go-Live milestones meetings, and User groups.

Social Media

Liaise with both internal teams and the social media agency to draft and build organic social media content and to oversee management of LinkedIn, X and YouTube.

Tools

Be the Marketing Automation (HubSpot) and CRM (Pega) point-person to drive continuous improvement and perform troubleshooting to ensure business’ evolving needs are met.

Use and implement digital marketing tools to support the regional teams’ success: such as SharePoint; Monday.com; Writer AI; and Calendly.

Data

Manage and recommend processes to integrate and monitor digital marketing investment and outcomes, using tools such as Google Analytics, PowerBI, and Pega Dashboards.

Ensure data held in CRM is accurate, complete, and compliant with GDPR.

Reporting

Monitor and report the operational effectiveness and support related governance processes that improve target audience delivery and engagement.

Work collaboratively with local and international colleagues to achieve, within budget, the local and corporate marketing and overall business objectives.

Work closely with the marketing team to provide monthly reports on performance against KPIs and measurements.

Gather continuously information on new digital opportunities and tools to ensure that the local management and supporting teams are fully apprised of opportunities for enhancing InterSystems brands.

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

2+ years prior experience in a digital marketing role, preferably with a background in the IT or technology sector.

Knowledge and experience of a CMS Tool and marketing automation platforms, ideally HubSpot.

Preferable but not essential, experience of Monday.com, SharePoint and other digital tools.

Experience in analysing, reporting, and demonstrating ROI to the business.

Experience in creating and maintaining vendor relationships.

Preferably an understanding of the Buyer’s journey to improve digital ROI.
