This role will work with the team in developing and training for the Agency Future, New & Existing Leaders Development Plan.

Principal Duties & Responsibilities:

Work with the Faculty Head and team in curriculum design, module’s development project and support training roll out.

Design training program based on business results to be achieved, follow by meticulous tracking when vital.

Deliver in-house training modules & follow up follow through for certain programs.

Master the required knowledge and skill as trainers and take ownership for self-development.

Update and complete documentation of training materials.

Qualifications

Degree in any field.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in training field, particularly in financial services industry.

Experience in agency development will be an added advantage.

Strong drive and influencing skills.

Strong communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.

Must be self-motivated with the ability to work under minimum supervision.

Self-starter with pleasant personality and service-oriented work perspective.

Knowledge

Good knowledge of training functions and good understanding of the operative aspects of insurance business.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communications skills in English. Multi-lingual has added advantage.
