THE REGIONAL SALES MANAGER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies for assembled kitchen/bath cabinets and flatpacks
- Create sales channels to include but are not limited to distribution and large contractors in designated geography.
- Identify, lead, monitor and manage regional sales reps/agencies to achieve sales goals
-Setting bi-monthly reviews with TEAM/Agency members to focus on:
-Expectations
-Achievements
-Roadblocks
-Next Steps
-Train sales Agents/Agencies on Craft33 products
-Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in customer accounts
-Attend and represent Craft33 at relevant industry events and trade shows
-Help develop supporting sales tools as needed
-Developing, implement, and maintaining existing NetSuite CRM System
GOALS:
-Set Clear, and concise, Regional Territories, Markets, Product(s) Directions, Strategies.
-Set aggressive, but achievable, sales goals
-Build infrastructure for success
-Develop meaningful relationships with customer “Partners” and sales reps/agencies
SKILL SETS:
- Strong organizational, communication and analytical skills
-Excellent customer relationship building and service skills
-In-depth Building Products/Cabinet Market knowledge
-Experience in sales planning, product pricing, tracking and development
-Creative problem-solving skills
-Excellent Presentation Skills
-Creating a positive, motivated culture emphasizing success
-Willingness to travel
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
-Bachelor’s degree in marketing/business or 5 years of relevant sales leadership experience
-Validated Success in Sales Management
-Sales Rep/Agency Management experience preferred
-Excellent Cabinet/Building Products Knowledge
DUTIES:
-Recommend service and product enhancement to improve sales potential and customer satisfaction
- Ensure the delivery of targets through individual recognition, performance review, people management and rewards
-Determine the company’s gross-profit and annual unit plans by analyzing trends and results and implementing appropriate marketing strategies
-Develop regional field sales action plans/strategies and facilitate the implementation
-Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume, and forecasting.
-Keep current with economic indicators, changing trends, demand, and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix
-Provide the necessary support to sales reps/agencies to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals
-Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives, and strategies to support sales growth
-Develop and review long- and short-term sales strategies
-Develop and maintain additional and emerging sales channels and products
-ALL other duties and responsibilities as assigned
