Senior Foreman - Bulk Pipe Project

Our established client based in Durban is seeking an experienced Senior Foreman for a 15-month bulk pipe project.

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring safety and efficiency

Co-ordinate with project managers and engineers to meet milestones

Supervise foremen, laborers and subcontractors

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Conduct site inspections and quality control checks

Manage resources, including materials and equipment

Resolve on-site issues promptly

Maintain accurate project records

Communicate project status to stakeholders

Requirements:

10+ years in construction

5+ years in a supervisory role

Experience with bulk pipe projects

Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills

Knowledge of construction processes, equipment and OSHA regulations

Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

Valid driver’s license
