QA Supervisor (Plastic Injection Molding) - 46522 Biñan City, Laguna

To control, check and maintain the operational process quality procedure and implementation for both Internal & External Control.

1. Checks the parts status of incoming, in-process and outgoing parts base on quality Standard

2. Prepares quality analysis report base on the of incoming, in-process & outgoing results.

3. Checks and approves the parts evaluation prior to mass-prodn.

4. Controls and checks the quality process change base on initial implementation.

5. Decides the minor changes deviates for quality standards for disposition.

6. Handles sub-con control and set quality target and quality requirements.

7. Checks and sets quality limit sample for both internal & external parts.

8. Handles customer claims, inquiries and concerns.

9. Window to customer requirement and customers' quality visits.

10. Prepare analysis and countermeasure report for customer quality claim.

11. Conduct production process audits to verify the quality standard process control in the production

12. Prepares Monthly Quality Results with analysis and countermeasure.

13. Handles, controls, assigns and checks the daily output of QA Engrs base on assigned task.

14. Control and maintain the Quality System implemented.

15. Reports the daily quality results/ output and others related quality issues to Dept Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

BS Engineering graduate. Preferably graduate of Industrial Engineering

With minimum of 2 years of work experience.

Experience in Plastic Injection Molding of Car Parts
