Job Summary: As a Regional Rental Operations Manager at Fabick Rents, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of multiple rental branches within a designated geographic area.

Leveraging your expertise in rental operations management, you will ensure the efficient functioning of each location while driving growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

This position is open to candidates from any location within the region and can be based out of any location within the region.

Responsibilities: * Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and guidance to rental branch managers to ensure alignment with company objectives.

Monitor day-to-day operations, including equipment availability, maintenance, and customer service standards * Performance Management: Establish performance metrics and KPIs for each rental branch and monitor performance against targets.

Implement corrective actions as necessary to address any deviations and optimize operational efficiency, driving alignment with the Rental Excellence Program.

* Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor rental branch managers and staff to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

Provide ongoing coaching and support to enhance employee skills and performance.

* Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance for each rental branch.

Analyze financial reports and identify opportunities to increase revenue, reduce costs, and improve profitability.

* Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Caterpillar and Allied equipment solutions.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and escalations in a timely and professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

* Inventory Management: Collaborate with Fleet Manager to optimize equipment utilization, minimize downtime, and ensure adequate inventory levels across rental branches.

Implement inventory management best practices to enhance operational efficiency.

* Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with Regional Rental Sales Managers to identify opportunities for improved customer service and collaboration, ensuring alignment between operations and sales objectives.

Coordinate efforts to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction through continually improving relations between operations and sales.

* Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies across rental branches.

Promote a culture of safety awareness and accountability to minimize accidents and injuries.

* Any and all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: * Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred * Minimum of 5 years of experinece as a Rental Branch Operations Manager or similar role in the equipment rental industry.

* Proven track record of success in driving operational excellence, financial performance, and customer satisfaction.

* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals.

* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Rental Management software.

* A valid Driver's license is required * Position requires travel up to 50% of the time to assigned branch locations and Rental team meetings in Wisconsin or Missouri.
