Security and Risk Program Manager (PMO)

The Cybersecurity and Risk Program Manager will lead the Identity Access and Lifecycle Management (IAM, ILM) program and oversee the IT General Controls (ITGC) program. This role involves close collaboration with Cybersecurity, Risk leadership, and Program Owners to advance enterprise-wide Identity Governance and Risk programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate team efforts to deliver IAM and ILM capabilities.

Ensure IAM and ILM workstreams comply with regulations.

Align stakeholder requirements with IAM and ILM goals.

Manage dependencies across security and risk programs.

Liaise between security and risk teams.

Facilitate collaborative meetings and communications.

Set and achieve program objectives.

Manage program issues, risks, and changes.

Maintain program documentation and resolve issues.

Implement change management strategies.

Monitor program metrics and report progress.

Prepare and present reports for executives.

Ensure project milestones are met.

Define epics, features, and create user stories.

Communicate project status to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

8+ years of related experience.

3+ years of Agile experience.

1+ year of JIRA experience or relative reporting tool.

Experience in the entertainment and/or agency industry is a plus.

Proven experience leading large IAM, ILM programs and managing executive stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of cloud computing, web platforms, networking, and AI.

Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript, C++, Java, Python).

Understanding of the Security Development Lifecycle and threat modeling.

Strong executive communication and presentation skills.

Knowledge of Azure Cloud Services, Active Directory, and Privileged Management.

Excellent prioritization, time management, and organizational skills.

Ability to simplify complex systems and processes.

Ability to collaborate with and report to leaders across the organization.
