Business Systems Analyst, Senior Associate

Reviews and documents business systems and user needs. Provides system set-up, and tests and maintains systems and applications.

Core Responsibilities

1. Reviews business and user needs and documents requirements. Assists in formulating and defining systems scope and objectives. Participates in advising on business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.

2. Translates clients requirements and business needs and writes functional documentation and system and software requirements.

3. Performs customer support processes and activities for the implementation of new or existing applications. Supports the collection and documentation of functional requirements and modeling.

4. Analyzes current procedures and workflows and develops recommendations for improvements, revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary.

5. Assists in the implementation of systems and software. Monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of application operations and troubleshoots problems, as necessary.

6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience. Degree in Computer Science preferred.

Two years related work experience.
