Posting Title: Administrative Assistant – Production

Reports To: Production Administration Supervisor

Location: San Francisco, CA (Onsite)

Salary Range: $25.00/hour to $30.00/hour

Final determination of a successful candidate’s starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, education and experience. THE COMMERCIAL TEAM

Our strong project management teams, dedicated in-house engineering resources and skilled union field staff work together seamlessly to deliver commercial projects that are as innovative and unique as the clients who build them.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Support the Field Union Management team that may consist of Superintendents and Field Supervisors, Support Center, and Safety team including information flow between office and field

Onboard processing for production (field) new hire employees which includes coordinating interviews, setting up video on-boarding, and assisting with processing paperwork

Entering and distributing weekly payroll, auditing, and correcting payroll issues.

Additional field support including (but not limited to) filing, phone calls, email, IT support issues, and ordering office supplies

Maintain and update files, binders, controlled forms/logs

Coordinating field movement between jobs

Copying and scanning

Skill: Applies acquired job skills and company policies and procedures to complete assigned tasks.

Job Complexity: Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognizes the need for occasional deviation from accepted practice.

Supervision: Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires instructions only on new assignments.

ABOUT YOU

You have general administrative experience and bring a wide skillset that includes organizational, time management, and project management skills. Working in a fast-paced environment and balancing different priorities is second nature to you. You are tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Oracle, JDE Edwards skills is highly desirable.

WHAT YOU WILL GAIN

You get to play a key role in bridging the information flow between our office and field personnel, as well as engaging with vendors and general contractors.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Any combination of education and experience that would likely provide the required knowledge, skills and abilities as well as possession of any required licenses or certifications is qualifying.

Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

Licensure/Certifications: None required.

Experience: Two (2) years of administrative experience required. Experience in the construction industry preferred.
