Finance Director / Senior Manager

About the Company

Our Client is a global distributor of industrial and electronic components serving customers in automation, manufacturing and maintenance.

Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced Finance Director / Senior Manager with regional exposure and experience in integration and building a high-performing team.

Lead or collaborate in the development of business cycle planning and strategic initiatives;

Provide support and insights to team leaders across Southeast Asia, aiding in decision-making and performance enhancement;

Manage profit and loss responsibilities and drive process improvements to enhance financial performance;

Ensure timely and high-quality completion of all regional and group reporting requirements;

Manage mergers and acquisitions, including integration processes;

Supervise audit and statutory accounts;

Oversee all direct and indirect taxation matters across all markets;

Ensure that all practices adhere to regional laws and regulations;

Manage credit and ensure effective cash, treasury, and risk management;

Ensure robust governance and control mechanisms are in place;

Requirements

Professional qualifications in accounting (e.g. CPA, ACCA, ACA) or equivalent;

Experience working in large enterprises with regional exposure;

At least 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience, with prior experience in a senior position;

Proven team management and leadership skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams;

Strong business acumen with excellent analytical, insight generation, and communication skills;

Proficiency in reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and providing decision support to leadership team;

Demonstrated ability to contribute to organisational growth;

Good communication skills.
