As a Press Operator, you will play a crucial role in operating and maintaining Nilpeter Narrow Web printing presses. Your primary responsibility will be to produce high-quality tags, labels, and Point of Sale (POS) items. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities:

Set up and operate flexo presses: You’ll follow job specifications to configure and run the printing presses efficiently.

Monitor press operations: Ensure quality output and optimal performance during production.

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting: Keep the printing equipment in excellent working condition.

Prepare and adjust ink, dies, print cylinders, and substrates: These adjustments are critical for achieving accurate printing results.

Collaborate with the prepress team: Work closely with designers to ensure precise reproduction of designs.

Inspect printed materials: Identify defects and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards.

Maintain cleanliness and organization: Keep the press area tidy and organized.

Qualifications:

Previous experience: You should have experience as a Press Operator or in a similar role.

Proficiency in typography and layout design: Understanding graphic design principles is essential.

Attention to detail: Precision matters in flexographic printing.

Mechanical aptitude: Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are crucial.
