Family Law Firm looking for a Family Law Paralegal to join their growing team! Close knit office environment with profit sharing and generous bonus. Looking to hire the right person to join the team!

Responsibilities

Prepare financial affidavits and discovery documents.

Review discovery packages and analyze documents.

Handle witness disclosures and communicate with clients and court personnel.

Manage trial preparation and e-filing.

Organize files and prepare documents.

Set court dates and notify clients.

Perform legal research and maintain case files.

Schedule appointments, court appearances, and hearings.

Prepare trial notebooks and GAL files.

Conduct client interviews and dictation.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Multi Court Systems.

Experienced in E-Filing, Pacer, transcription, and Bates stamping.

Skilled with office equipment.

Familiar with Practice Master, Tabs, IManage, and ProLaw.

Binding and Notary Public.

Benefits

Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 DOE.
