Qualifications for Project Manager

Strong in the civil, utilities, earthwork background, steel take off, needs to be able to read civil plans, grading retaining walls, clearing, grinding, storm sewer installation, erosion control, hydro-seeding, paving, concrete work, mulching and landscaping

5+ years' experience

Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously

Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet deadlines and achieve desired results

Take initiative and seek responsibility

Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
