Currently seeking a Lead Superintendents with LARGE project experience for a premier general contractor. This is a key positions with excellent opportunity for career advancement! This is a position for Superintendent's who havve been the lead on projects from start to finish, LARGE projects of $10M, $30M+ in the healthcare, education, corporate office, hospitality, banking and industrial!

Qualifications:

The Lead Superintendent must have a minimum of 10 years of field experience on LARGE construction projects ranging from $10M to $50M+ in size.

Must have a proven work history on mentioned project type

Proficiency with safety procedures

Extensive managerial and people skills

Materials procurement

Supervision of self-performed work
