About the role

As a project manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding various teams within the company toward achieving concrete milestones to enhance the consumer experience. You will serve as the ‘scrum master’ at the center of cross-functional efforts, ensuring that each step in the process is completed on time and in full, enabling us to collectively accomplish our objectives.

Type: Part-time, initially temporary contract - possibility to extend or to become permanent contract

Location: Berlin

Team: Product & Consumer

What can you expect to work on?

· Serve as the scrum master for planning and coordinating the implementation of specific operational changes.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects within scope and ensure they meet the project objectives.

· Identify potential project risks and proactively address issues as they arise to keep projects on track.

· Manage the project management software, providing structure and clarity to the action plans of the different parties involved.

What you bring:

· University degree in Marketing, Communications, or comparable trainings.

· 4+ years of professional experience in project management within companies that produce consumer goods (CPG, FMCG, retailers with private labels etc).

· Excellent knowledge of PM tools (Click Up, Asana) and MS Office. Excellent communication skills and a strong hands-on mentality

· Great team player and problem solver

· Great business acumen and analytical thinking

· Fluent in English, German is a plus
