In MOL Romania, you will be working with talented enthusiast colleagues that are eager to take the Retail organization to the next level in terms of the customer experience development.

The position is located in Bucharest, on-site. Our office is the Northern part of the city, near Herastrau park.

As a Marketing Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Perform deep-dive analysis to uncover trends and opportunities for enhancing player acquisition and retention. Present the results to the team and managers.

• Based on data analysis, design specific offers, campaigns, and segmentation strategy of marketing activities to achieve the set objectives.

• Contribute to the implementation of MOL Group's digital strategy, primarily by developing an internal data analysis tool and actively participating in the modernisation of the loyalty programme with the aim of increasing added value for customers.

• Prepare reports and documents for planning performance and financial targets.

• Monitor competitor activity to adapt the activities carried out to the market situation.

• Evaluate the effectiveness and measure the set objectives of marketing and loyalty activities and campaigns to continuously improve them.

• Communicate and coordinate activities with internal and external partners and headquarters to ensure awareness and inclusion of all relevant stakeholders.

• Perform other activities related to the position as delegated by the manager (e.g. ad-hoc reports, departmental activities etc)

To be successful in the role, you should have:

• Experience in marketing data analysis of at least 2-3 years.

• Passion for data and ability to work with large quantities of structured and unstructured information.

• Good understanding of performance metrics (sales & marketing KPIs), familiar with main brand KPIs (brand awareness, performance, consideration, NPS etc).

• Excel, Power BI knowledge and experience.

• Good presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently but also in departmental and cross-departmental projects.
