Backend Developer

We are looking for a Middle Backend developer in the IT Baltic Claims Nordic delivery department.

We keep constantly growing. That's why we are looking for an addition to our team, whose primary responsibility will be to generate tools for internal customers across Finland, Norway, Denmark.

What are you going to do?

Develop, test, and deploy high-quality, scalable, and secure software applications using C#, ASP.NET, and Azure cloud services

Implement and integrate Azure services, such as Azure App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Storage, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Service Bus, into the software solutions

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and performance

Participate in scrum ceremonies like daily meetings, sprint plannings, reviews, retrospectives and provide feedback for improving daily life routines

Troubleshoot and resolve project issues, working closely with the development team and stakeholders

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze system requirements, design software solutions, and develop applications using .NET and Azure technologies

What do we expect from you:

At least three years experience in the software development process;

Proficiency in building web-based applications

Knowledge of the C# programming language and ASP.NET / ASP.NET Core / .NET 5+ frameworks

Knowledge of the Azure, REST API

Familiarity with SQL Server

Understanding of DevOps culture and Agile methodologies

Good in communication (including English). You can articulate complex ideas and you are comfortable being honest and transparent
