Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Wastewater Treatment Plant Site Manager to oversee the daily operations of our state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial wastewater treatment, with expertise in managing processes such as MBBR, DAFs, and centrifugation.

Responsibilities:

Operations Management:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the wastewater treatment plant, ensuring optimal performance of the Industrial MBBR, DAFs, and centrifuge systems.

Monitor key performance indicators and implement improvements to enhance overall efficiency.

Staff Leadership:

Lead and manage a team of skilled operators and maintenance personnel.

Provide guidance, training, and support to ensure a high level of competence and professionalism among staff.

Compliance and Safety:

Ensure the plant's compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards.

Implement and oversee protocols for the safe handling of chemicals and waste materials.

Maintenance and Upkeep:

Coordinate routine maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize the reliability of equipment.

Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for critical components.

Budget Oversight:

Manage the budget for the wastewater treatment plant, including operating expenses, personnel costs, and any capital expenditures.

Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising operational excellence.

Reporting and Documentation:

Prepare regular reports on plant performance, compliance, and other relevant metrics.

Maintain accurate records of operational data, maintenance activities, and any incidents.

Stakeholder Communication:

Liaise with regulatory agencies, internal stakeholders, and contractors as needed.

Communicate effectively with management and other departments to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, chemical engineering, or a related field.

Proven experience in managing wastewater treatment plants, with specific expertise in Industrial MBBR, DAFs, and centrifuge systems.

Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and safety standards.

Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Ability to troubleshoot and resolve operational issues effectively.
