As they continue to grow, they are seeking a skilled and experienced Demolition Foreman to join their team and lead our demolition projects to success.

Position: Demolition Foreman

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of demolition projects from start to finish, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.

Lead and supervise a team of demolition workers, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to plan and execute demolition activities according to project requirements.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.

Operate and maintain demolition equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.

Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.

Manage project budgets, materials, and resources to ensure cost-effective project delivery.

Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members to address concerns, provide updates, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the demolition industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of demolition techniques, equipment, and safety protocols.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to problem-solve, make decisions, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in reading blueprints, plans, and technical drawings.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor and work in various weather conditions.

Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
