Recruitment Consultant at SLQ Consultants
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with clients and support thier ongoing recruitment needs
Identify potential candidates through various sourcing techniques.
Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement.
Build and maintain relationships with both clients and candidates.
Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Desired Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment or related field.
Experience in using recruitment tools and software.
Knowledge of current employment trends and practices.
