National Head - HSEF

Responsibilities & Key Deliverables

.Zero LWC, FATAL & Fire Incident cases maintain.

2.Incident investigation & closure in case of incident.

3. Effectively UA, UC & NM reporting through team members

4. Closure of Safety Audit PP within SLA/ Safety audit

5. Providing Safety Training to atleast 30 % of manpower directly & Rest 70% indirectly.

6. Buliding Safety culture among all employees through awareness drive.

7. Handling customer escalation effectively.

8.. Value addition to Business NVM.

9. PPE Quality Check & Model Finalization.

10. Approve provisional safety budget & Maintain Inventory. Ensure recovery as per process.

11. Review Circle HSEF Team to maintain good HSEF Rank as well as timely KPI Sign-off

Experience

12+ years of Circle HSEF Lead experience + Minimum 7 years experience of Business Head

Industry Preferred

Qualifications

Graduation in Engineering + Post Graduate in Industrial Safety + NEBOSH Qualified

General Requirements

1. Proven experience as a HSEF Lead in a Large organisation for atleast 8 years. Which includes both Industrial Safety as well as Telecommunication Operation Safety

2. Lead atleast a team of 30 members for 10 Years

3. Proved himself as a succesfull business head for atleast 7 years.

4. Ability to innovate new ideas quickly, take decision in critical moment, implement management decision effectively

5. Good knowledge of overall Telecommunication O&M activities
