As an AS Project Manager, you will provide technical support internally and at site level. Assist the sales team with technical expertise and project management as required, to meet customer expectations, and with a key focus on maximizing sales and profit generation.

What you'll be working on

Partners with the sales team & customers to provide creative value engineered solutions to meet customer requirements.

Pro actively works with the AS team by providing accurate information, design drawings, and installations requirements where necessary.

Project manage aspects of major projects in conjunction with the NSW & VIC sales team as required.

Coordinates with State Managers to explore project opportunities.

Assist the Sales team with technical queries as required.

Provide on-site service and installation assistance to contractors and customers as required.

Support value creation through incremental sales opportunities during the life of the project installation.

Keeps abreast of market trends and competitor activity.

Performs all duties safely.

Carries out other duties in the company's interest as directed by management.

Continuous improvement activities and projects

Cover other AS and/or Sales staff when they are absent for a period of time.

What we’re looking for

Minimum of 2 years relevant experience working for Australian firms is a plus!

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with partners, stakeholders, and team members.

Excellent project management skills, including CAD and estimating.

In-depth knowledge of the commercial construction industry.

Strong technical expertise.

Keen attention to detail.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proven ability to implement and drive sales strategies.

Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
