LVN/LPN Location details and Compensation:

Location: 100% on site

Columbus, OH

Payrate: $33.79/hr

LVN/LPN Hours/Highlights:

The LPN will provide holistic evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment diagnosis treatment management of health problems health counseling and disposition planning for our patients.

This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment and include health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance

A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

What does the LVN/LPN do?

This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention sexually transmitted infection STI Prevention and safer sex practices.

Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services

Administer immunizations and injections to include but not limited to COVID19 influenza TB and provides evidence-based patient/parent vaccine counseling and education. bull Assess patients during intake

Take vital signs

Perform diagnostic tests such as EKG Retinopathy screening

Perform Point of care testing including COVID testing

Perform patient registration and intake assist with wait room management and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience.

Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience

LVN/LPN Qualifications/Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Attendance mandatory for first 90 days

LPN / LVN must have a full, active and unrestricted license

BLS Certification required

Prior urgent care experience is a plus, but not required
