Description:

We are seeking a Banking and Lending Paralegal to join our growing team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys in representing financial institutions, lenders, and borrowers across various banking and lending transactions. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals in the fields of commercial lending, secured transactions, and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing loan agreements, security documents, and other transactional materials.

Support attorneys in advising clients on regulatory compliance issues related to banking and lending activities.

Aid senior attorneys with due diligence, closing transactions, and managing client communications.

Conduct legal research and gather information on relevant banking laws and regulations.

Collaborate with the team on commercial lending matters, including real estate financing, asset-based lending, and acquisition finance.

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday (In-Office)

Requirements

3-5 years of experience as a paralegal in banking, lending, or corporate law, preferably in a law firm or financial institution.

Must be able to handle 8-10 closings per day.

Strong drafting and organizational skills.

Solid understanding of banking regulations, secured transactions, and loan documentation.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Paralegal certification is a plus but not required.
