Job Role: -
• Regional Sales managers oversee the work of other managers and control and organise corporate operations over a given geographical area. Plan and manage operational policies and strategies in a given region.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet regional business objectives
• Setting sales targets and monitoring performance against goals
• Identifying new business opportunities and potential customers in the region
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
• Managing a team of sales representatives and providing coaching and support as necessary
• Conducting market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends
• Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure smooth business
Responsibilities

• Preparing and delivering sales presentations to customers
• Negotiating contracts and closing deals with customers
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues or complaints
• Providing regular reports on sales performance to senior management.
