Political Phone Banker

*FULLY REMOTE*

This is a critical role in voter outreach efforts for a Democratic candidate running for re election. You will be responsible for engaging with voters over the phone, providing information about the campaign’s candidate, platform, and key issues, and encouraging voter turnout. You will help build support by emphasizing the values and policies aligned with the Democratic Party. Your work will directly support the campaign’s efforts to connect with constituents and secure votes for this upcoming November election.

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with voters quickly.

Basic computer literacy.

Familiarity with campaign software and voter databases (preferred but not required).

A passion for politics, civic engagement, and the Democratic Party’s mission.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in political campaigns, phone banking, customer service, or related fields.

Knowledge of key campaign issues, Democratic Party values, and the political landscape.
