We are looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to work on a project in the green energy industry.

You will be part of the infrastructure team, providing support to the billing team in the retail area.

The focus will be on infrastructure and automation, so you can build reusable solutions for several teams.

What you will do: - Provide infrastructure support to the billing team within the retail area, ensuring smooth operations and addressing any issues that arise.

- Develop and implement automation solutions to build reusable infrastructure components for multiple teams.

- Maintain and enhance observability systems using Datadog to monitor and improve the performance and reliability of the infrastructure.

- Support product teams in deploying applications and migrating workloads to Kubernetes clusters.

- Utilize AWS services effectively to maintain and improve the infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

- Use Terraform for infrastructure as code to automate the provisioning and management of cloud resources.

- Write code and scripts, primarily in Python or TypeScript, to support infrastructure tasks, automation, and other DevOps activities.

What you will bring: - Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineering or DevOps Engineer, demonstrating the ability to manage and improve infrastructure.

- In-depth experience working with Kubernetes and Terraform.

- Experience with cloud computing with AWS.

- Coding experience, ideally with Python or TypeScript, and the ability to adapt to other languages as required, enabling you to automate tasks and build efficient solutions.Extensive system design experience.

- Cloud networking and Security knowledge.

- Extensive experience in observability and monitoring.

- A proactive and independent problem-solving mindset, capable of identifying issues, asking the right questions, and implementing effective solutions.

- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively within a product team, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across various stakeholders.

Nice to have: - Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform.

- Strong skills in Python or TypeScript to streamline infrastructure and automation tasks.

- In-depth experience with Datadog for enhanced observability and monitoring.
