Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the team as soon as possible, with the goal of filling the role by the end of November. This position offers a competitive salary of up to $110,000, with bonuses based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project planning, execution, and delivery across various construction projects.

Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Oversee budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.

Implement technology to improve project efficiency.

Maintain safety and quality standards throughout all projects.

Qualifications:

Experience in commercial construction project management.

Familiarity with automation, industrial, office, warehouse, recreation, and transportation projects.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Ability to adapt to dynamic project requirements.

Willingness to work onsite, as remote work is not an option (hybrid work may be possible in the future).
