Job Type: Contract to Permanent

Reports to: Marketing Manager / Director

Job Overview:

We’re looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is ready to wear multiple hats. The ideal candidate will assist with social media content creation, marketing campaigns, and administrative tasks to help keep our marketing efforts running smoothly. If you’re creative, organized, and quick on your feet, this is the perfect role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Create, schedule, and post engaging content across various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Monitor social media accounts, engage with followers, and track post performance.

Stay updated on social media trends and identify opportunities to boost engagement.

Content Creation:

Assist in developing creative assets (graphics, videos, etc.) for social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing materials.

Collaborate with the design team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Marketing Campaign Support:

Help coordinate marketing campaigns, including email newsletters, online ads, and promotions.

Track and report on campaign performance to ensure goals are being met.

Administrative Tasks:

Organize and maintain marketing files, databases, and documents.

Assist with event planning, client communications, and scheduling.

Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials as needed.

Project Management:

Assist with day-to-day project management, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.

Support the marketing team with ad-hoc tasks as required.

Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

Experience managing social media accounts and creating content (preferably for businesses or brands).

Skills:

Ability to work quickly and efficiently while managing multiple tasks.

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) a plus.

Organizational and multitasking abilities.

Basic knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting.
