Ecolab is seeking a Warehouse Operations Specialist to support the logistics function with operational and administrative activities. In this role, you will play a critical part in the day-to-day logistics operations, which encompass key functions such as distribution, inventory control, logistics, production planning, procurement, transportation, and overall warehouse operations.

What You Will Do

Oversee the day-to-day activities within the warehouse, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across inventory control, distribution, and logistics.

Monitor and manage the movement of products, both incoming and outgoing, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery to meet production and customer needs.

Coordinate closely with the Customer Service team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders, addressing any logistical issues to meet customer expectations and service level agreements.

Implement and maintain inventory management systems to optimize stock levels, prevent shortages, and reduce excess inventory, using best practices in warehouse management

Coordinate with procurement, production, and transportation teams to align warehouse operations with broader supply chain goals, ensuring seamless flow across all functions.

Develop, document, and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and promote continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Three or more years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain management.

Must be English, French, and Arabic speaker
