Key Account Manager - Discounter

Istanbul, Turkey

Overview

The position of Key Account Manager is responsible for driving profitable growth of specific key account customer(s) in Turkey on all SC Johnson Turkey brands.

Responsibilities

• Create customer growth strategy together with internal teams. Develop an annual JBP with customer. Design short and long term action plans to achieve aligned sales targets.

• Update and establish sales forecast on monthly basis to ensure a healthy customer fulfillment rate.

• Consistently track customer returns and take corrective measures to eliminate return risks and maintain a healthy customer inventory level.

• Build quick reply mechanisms to various customer needs with hands-on approach. Own customer satisfaction.

• Have an in-depth knowledge of industry and competitors. Identify and relay risks and opportunities back to internal SCJ teams to help shape future category plans.

• Work closely with field sales teams, as well as marketing, customer marketing, finance, supply chain, planning and other key internal stakeholders.

Experience you'll bring:

Proven analytical skills and ability to manage the business ‘by the numbers’. Analytical problem solving abilities and ability to work with data.

Exposure to and general understanding of FMCG market in Turkey.

5+ relevant sales experience or 7+ years of relevant business experience.

Native in Turkish, Fluent in English.

Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Engineering or related degree.

Advanced computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
