Our Survey Geospatial Team in Riverside has an opportunity for a talented Tech Services Project Manager.

About being our Tech Services Project Manager As our Project Manager on Tech Services projects, you will perform work as a GIS Analyst and Technical Consultant.

You will develop Psomas' GIS, Asset Management, and Geomatics capabilities and presence with a primary focus on municipal, state, and water district clients.

You will also develop business in Tech Services disciplines and provide related consulting in collaboration with the Tech Services Team Lead and Business Development Director.

Responsibility Highlights for our Tech Services Project Manager Manage, provide technical guidance, and complete technical work for Tech Services projects and tasks in any Tech Services discipline areas including: GIS, Enterprise Asset Management, Application Development, Business Intelligence, and Geomatics Responsible for project delivery, QA/QC, and technical guidance on Tech Services projects through coordination with the various stakeholders involved Assist in developing and maintaining client relationships, as well as strategic pursuit of project planning, project proposal estimate development, and project management execution for project delivery Work closely with the Tech Services Team Lead and Business Development Director in pursuit identification and strategies, agency and public outreach, making technical presentations, and allocation/management of technical resources Lead project interviews, fee development and negotiations for various project pursuits Maintain a strong foundation of technical knowledge and develop knowledge of internal and external technical resources Participate in industry groups (URISA, local GIS User Groups, Professional Associations, etc.) as a committee member, workshop instructor, or speaker at conference events.

Participate in other visible industry roles to maintain a high profile.

Attend major conferences such as ESRI UC, CalGIS, as needed Serve as technical and career mentor to existing and future GIS staff Minimum Qualifications to be our Tech Services Project Manager 5+ years of related experience Bachelor's degree in GIS/Geography, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a closely related field Proficient in Microsoft Office Strong project management and staff management skills Possess extensive experience and problem solving capabilities with GIS and data processing software, including the Esri ArcGIS suite of products Experience with relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, Microsoft Access), and Esri ArcGIS extensions Preferred Qualifications for our Tech Services Project Manager Experience with ArcGIS Online and Portal, and Enterprise Asset Management software PMP certification Highlighted Benefits for our Tech Services Project Manager Enjoy hybrid and flexible work schedules, an inclusive benefit package providing medical, dental, and vision coverage for employee and qualifying family members, a 401(k) with immediate vested company match and an Employee Stock Ownership Plan that is 100% paid by Psomas!

A competitive salary!

The expected range for this position is $115K - $135K/salary depending on experience.
