Details for Temporary Office Assistant position:
$19-20 / Hour
Temporary Part-Time to Full-Time (Cross-train for two weeks then cover full-time for roughly two months)
Zero Fees - youâ ll never be charged for any screening service

Job duties for Temporary Office Assistant:
General Admin duties such as answering phones and emails
Documenting, filing, and reporting (AP Invoices, matching payable with checks, matching Credit card statement, etc)
Mail Incoming/Outgoing
Order office supplies and run errands as needed
Verify employeeâ s hours on a daily basis
Completes any other related tasks as needed
Qualifications for Temporary Office Assistant:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to sit for duration of shift
