The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for a dual role that encompasses both sales/business development and marketing activities. This role requires a proactive individual with strong sales acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to seamlessly integrate marketing initiatives to enhance the company’s sales efforts. The position will focus primarily on generating sales qualified leads, developing sales strategies, and securing client meetings, while also contributing to marketing plans and activities.

Responsibilities

Sales/Business Development (Primary Focus):

Identify and research potential clients and markets for growth.

Develop targeted sales strategies to exceed goals.

Initiate contact through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.

Conduct meetings to present company offerings.

Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast.

Collaborate with leadership to refine pitches and enhance client engagement.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Monitor sales metrics, prepare performance reports, and analyze data for trends and opportunities.

Contribute to the improvement of sales processes.

Marketing (Secondary Focus):

Assist in developing marketing strategies that support sales.

Conduct competitive market research to identify trends and threats.

Participate in marketing campaigns, including digital and social media.

Align marketing activities with sales targets and analyze their performance for improvement insights.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.

Proven ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.

Strong knowledge of modern marketing techniques, particularly digital marketing.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in CRM software and sales/marketing tools.

Results-driven with a passion for achieving sales targets.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience in the North American market, particularly in health systems, payers, and PBM networks.

Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo/ZoomInfo, etc.

B2B sales experience.
