Description:

To develop the Carbon Black marketing portfolio for India through proactive and professional account management and the delivery of integrated offers to targeted customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop budgets in line on monthly basis and timelines

Deliver the marketing forecast

Achieve P&L results and commercial margin

Analyse, report and develop action plans for development of the market

Manage a marketing portfolio to deliver Carbon black volume, margin, and cost targets.

Ensure delivery of agreed customer performance targets and ensure both customer and commitments are delivered in a timely and cost efficient manner.

Place Poineer carbon as the market leader in carbon black technology.

Provide quotations to new and existing customers

Ensure that processes required for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained, including reporting on performance and potential improvements.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities :

BBA, MBA, Any graduate - 3 + years- experience in carbon black sales, marketing or technical positions

Comprehensive knowledge of domestic carbon black market

Knowledge of dangerous goods legislation

Knowledge and proficiency in MS Office products

Proven marketing skills driving change to achieve high levels of business performance

Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills

Strong strategic planning and financial management skills

Business writing, Ability to close a deal, Cold calling ability

Confident in autonomous judgment and able to exercise authority remotely.

Able to think laterally and solve problems.

Able to manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment without compromising safety, Fluency in verbal and written English mandatory
