Backje Philippines Inc. is a ‘Clean and Fair Industrial Tools Supplier’ founded at Carmona, Cavite on the 18th of November 2002. As a registered local company and an affiliate of BACKJE Co. Ltd. in the Republic of Korea, we are engaged in wholesale, distribution, and servicing of high-quality industrial tools and machineries sourced majorly from South Korea, Japan, Taiwan, and China. We offer more than 30 brands of products and machinery to both local and international industrial businesses located in mainly in CALABARZON, Metro Manila, Northern Luzon, and Cebu.

Engaged actively in the Philippine industrial sector for almost 20 years, Backje Phils. currently has almost 30 employees who are work in the following teams: Machine Tools, Sales & Marketing, Accounting and Supporting. Professional and skilled individuals of various academic backgrounds, such as but not limited to Business Management, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, Accounting, and Computer Programming, are welcome to be a part of our organization.

Job Description:

Interact with customers through phone calls and emails to know their requirements and needs

- Could call people using a given phone directory to introduce and sell products

- Resolve conflicting and complex issues relating to customer services.

- Ensure dispatching and delivery of products is met with customer deadlines.

- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to ensure quality services to customers.

- Maintain and manage customer files and databases.

Requirements:

- Graduate of any Business or Office Administration course

- with 3 to 5 years of experience

- Proficient and accurate typing skills (typing speed: at least 40 WPM)

- Proficient in verbal and written English w/ excellent communication skills

Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints; Patient, persistent & result oriented
