Pay Range:$60.00 - $65.00 per hour on w2

JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our Trust Experience and Analytics team. This role involves working closely with various data sources to identify, analyse, visualize, and interpret trends to solve high-priority business problems. The perfect candidate will have a track record of driving impactful results within cross-functional teams, from problem definition through to the sharing of insights via dashboards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Partner with the business to understand organizational goals for prioritization of high impact initiatives.

Define, create, and visualize metrics for problem definitions to track project success and workstream health.

Conduct in-depth analytics and work with various data sets

Assist stakeholders in answering analytical questions

Develop data strategies and facilitate clear communication

Balance responsibilities: 50% stakeholder communication and 50% analytics

Create business metrics and dashboards JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High proficiency in SQL

Ability to perform statistical evaluations in Python (focusing on analytics rather than coding)

Experience with Tableau or similar BI platforms for reporting and dashboards.

Ability to work independently on analytical problems with a high level of adaptability. Experience Required:

Minimum 7 years of experience
