Job Title- Technology Service Analyst, AS

Location- Bangalore/ Pune, India

Role Description

Production is responsible for the supply of IT services to the bank. Work includes:

Resolving events and complex issues with an awareness of overlapping and different technology areas.

Identifying where IT designs can be strengthened and provide value to the bank Partnering with product development to ensure that the business needs for each targeted segment are incorporated into product design and branding approaches

Providing technical delivery governance on all related IT platforms and delivering technical expertise for support in outage co-ordination

Embracing a Continuous Service Improvement approach to drive efficiencies and remove repetition to stream-line support activities

Your key responsibilities

Management of support activities for service operations, such as troubleshooting and solving incidents and problems / service delivery

Take overall responsibility for the resolution of incidents and problems within the team & oversee the resolution of complex incidents

Ensure analysts are using the correct troubleshooting methods and processes

Assistance in managing relationships with involved business partners

Manage escalations by collaborating with customer Service, other service operations specialists and relevant TDI functions to resolve escalated issues properly and quickly

Overview of areas that need monitoring, reporting and improvement

Identifying the required metrics and ensuring that they are addressed, monitored, and improved where necessary

Your skills and experience

Experience with multiple technology stacks (Microservices, SQL/ExaCC Oracle database, Cloud based platforms, OpenShift, JAVA, etc)

Working knowledge of standard tools (Service-Now, Confluence, JIRA)

Working knowledge of Monitoring applications (Geneos, Splunk, New Relic, etc.)

ITIL & GCP qualifications desirable

English language skills mandatory, German CEFR A1 level mandatory (highly desirable)
