Duties

Assist Accounting by researching invoices and communicating requests and actions to customers.

Provide timely customer service for all calls, emails and questions from vendors

Perform a variety of administrative duties including copying and electronic filing

Provide support to other projects as necessary

Receptionist relief when needed.

Assist with creating and updating reports in Excel.

Assumes and performs other administrative duties as needed.

Process incoming and outgoing mail.

Qualifications

1-2 years of Accounting Clerk experience

Proficient in Excel.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Will train for credit card processing.

Need to be able to use a calculator and typewriter.
