Expression of Interest - Branch Roles

We are currently seeking Expression of Interest applications for Teller roles within our Retail Branch Network throughout PNG.

How will I help?

As a frontline, customer facing team member in one of our branches in PNG, you will offer our customers a friendly face with a willingness to help them in the best way possible. You will strive to understand what our customers need and provide the right product and/or service while living our customer service promise.

What are my key areas of focus?

Aside from great customer service skills and the ability to upskill with technology, systems and product and service knowledge, you’ll also:

• Have a basic understanding of risk management

• Be a great communicator

• Have basic skills in Microsoft programs such as Microsoft Excel & Word

• At least, obtained a Diploma or higher qualification.

What do I need?

Having excellent customer service experience, you must be attention to detail, strong problem solving and communication skills, and ability to always work with professionalism and integrity. You will also have a drive to learn more and work well with the team, and be committed to helping our people, customers and communities to succeed.
