In this role, you will be a part of the Customer Support team focusing on enhancing the client experience through offering high quality assistance and support.
Responsibilities:
Dealing directly with clients queries over chat system, calls and e-mails
Stay up-to-date with the products and services in order to provide accurate information to customers
Process incoming and outgoing customer payments in a timely manner
Verify customer and validate any documentation received for KYC purposes
Working closely with the Risk Team whenever is needed
Requirements:
Native in Greek is a must
Fluent in English
BA Degree in Business Administration or any other related field
Previous experience in a similar role and especially in the gaming industry will be considered as advantage
Computer literate
Communication skills
Willing to work on shifts 5 days per week (weekends included)
Package and Benefits:
Salary depends on experience: 17000 - 19500 EUR Gross/ Year
