What You Will Do:

Plan and design manufacturing processes in an industrial plant.

Provide support in the design, fabrication, and evaluation of manufacturing operations such as machining, metal forming, plastics processing, welding/brazing, assembly, or material handling.

Project manage while communicating effectively with other engineers, technicians, and shop personnel.

Troubleshoot and improve existing production methods.

Assist in determining manufacturing capacity, project completion time and cost estimations.

Minimum Qualifications:

This safety-sensitive role may be subject to employer or customer drug testing

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Manufacturing Engineering, or similar.

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

Must be able to create, analyze reports, and facilitate presentations to various groups including senior leadership.

Experience in 3D/2D modeling using Solidworks & Autocad

Must be a self-motivated learner and problem solver

Experience in pumping equipment a plus

Position Details:

Work schedule is generally M-F 8:00-5:00 (on-site)

Work primarily occurs in a heated and air-conditioned office environment with occasional work performed in a heated and air-conditioned manufacturing environment.

Potential travel: up to 20% (domestically and internationally)

Moving around the office: Moving between desk and file cabinets and/or office equipment.

Repetitive motion: Substantial movement (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers to use a computer.

Visual: The employee is required to have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; viewing a computer monitor, determining the accuracy, neatness, thoroughness of work assigned or making general observations of facilities or structures.
