Bilingual Data Entry Clerk

Automation Personnel Services is looking for a Bilingual Data Entry Clerk for a robotics company in Marietta, GA. They are looking for a go-getting associate to take charge of entering and verifying data, assisting customers, and other related job duties in this role.

Pay Rate

$15.00-$17.00, based on experience.

Schedule and Hours

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

*This is not a remote position*

Bilingual Data Entry Clerk Duties and Responsibilities

Enter and update accurate customer data into company databases and systems.

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing timely and helpful assistance.

Resolve customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate department for further support.

Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive customer information.

Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure accuracy in records and reports.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Bilingual Data Entry Clerk Qualifications and Requirements

High school graduate or GED.

Strong data entry skills and previous background in customer service.

Bilingual is a plus.

Must be detail-oriented with good organizational skills and can multi-task.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Positive work attitude and work ethic.

Drug-screening and background checks are required.
