The University of Tennessee Health Science Center (UTHSC), College of Medicine, Department of Surgery, Division of Surgical Oncology is accepting applications for an Assistant/Associate Professor/Professor, Surgical Oncologist (Academic). This is a fulltime, tenure-track position, and faculty rank is commensurate with experience and credentials.

The successful applicant will be engaged primarily in facilitating a busy sarcoma/melanoma practice at UTHSC. The opportunity for engagement in the management of other disease site malignancies is possible. Interest in pursuing clinical research is desirable.

This position will require active participation in the Division of Surgical Oncology educational efforts including the Complex General Surgical Oncology Fellowship. Clinically, this position will be active within the Division of Surgical Oncology and will participate in the call coverage pool for the Surgical Oncology Division.

In addition to outstanding clinical care, the successful candidate will participate in the education of medical students, residents, and fellows.
