Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR professional to join our COE (Centre of Excellence) team, focusing on Rewards & Recognition (R&R), Induction, Employee Engagement & Experience. This role will spearhead initiatives that drive a high-performance culture, elevate employee engagement, and develop the recognition culture across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Employee Engagement & Experience:

• Manage and enhance the employee engagement framework, ensuring 100% employee participation through platforms like Amber, maintaining engagement scores.

• Design and implement strategies to improve employee experience, including onboarding and continuous feedback loops.

• Drive closure of PTM (Periodic Touchpoint Meeting) cases

2. Rewards & Recognition (R&R):

• Develop and implement R&R policies that align with the organization’s culture and performance goals.

• Foster a high-performance culture by promoting value-driven recognition across the company.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of these strategic initiatives.

• Oversee people cost-spend, ensuring alignment of HR initiatives with organizational financial goals.

3. Induction

• Conduct comprehensive employee induction sessions every 45 days, ensuring new joiners are familiar with company policies, culture, and processes.

• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and business units to guarantee the timely dispatch of joining kits for all new hires.

• Ensure smooth coordination and communication with cross-functional teams to address any challenges in the induction process or joining kit distribution.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in HR roles focused on R&R & engagement.

• Knowledge of Amber will be an added bonus.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to execute large-scale HR programs.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a Tier 1 institute or Master’s degree from a Tier 2 institute

• Proficient in MS Excel to manage and analyse data
