Main responsibilities:

For Sales

Management

Based on the regional sales target and marketing plan, develop sales plan

Follow up of the sales activities and sales performance of the district

Do A&P, OP budget planning and controlling.

Make budget with the sales representatives and define the territories.

Manage reps' reports and system applications

Visit Key Customers

For People

management

Provide coaching, training and evaluation of the representatives

Motivate the team

Other duties, as assigned

About you

What you should have?

College Degree or Above

At least 3 years with pharmaceutical industry and 1 years sales force management experience

Industry/product knowledge
