**Minimum Qualifications:**

- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline

- PowerBuilder Development (version 7 or higher)

- Work in a hybrid office and/or home environment.

- Willingness to learn.

**Required SkillsJob FunctionDescriptionYears of Experience**PowerBuilder DeveloperResearch legacy PowerBuilder source code to document the steps the application uses with data.Current experience 5T-SQL Query WritingResource must have a high level of SQL query writing skills to write complex queries to pull data from a Sybase and MS SQL Server database.

Must have experience developing processes to extract and manipulate data to support data migration and data cleansing of application data.10Data ManagementMust have experience in performing data profiling, data mapping, data manipulation, validation, and analysis.10Source ControlMust have experience working with source control technologies such as TFS/Azure DevOps, or GIT.5Unit TestingMust have experience documenting and performing unit testing to support program changes.10DocumentationMust have experience creating, updating, and maintaining documentation for programs, system specs, and flow diagrams.10TestingMust be able to work with the client and/or Business Analyst to support test scenarios.5Production SupportAnalyze and document identified problems to determine root cause and provide root cause analysis.5Change ManagementFollow change management procedures and provide input to execute changes.5
