THE RIGHT STAFF has partnered with a global client in their search for a Compensation Analyst to join their Total Rewards team. This position is considered hybrid/onsite and will be stationed at the client's office in the Northern Suburbs of the Twin Cities.

The Compensation Analyst is a vital member of our client's Total Rewards team, ensuring that our client's employees receive competitive and compliant compensation plans and packages. This role requires a combination of analytical, communication, and compliance skills to support the well-being and satisfaction of our client's workforce.

Essential Job Duties:

• Compensation Management: Develop and optimize our client's compensation strategies, including pay structures, job design, and incentive plans. Provide training and support to internal teams on compensation-related matters.

• Market Research: Engage in salary surveys and benchmarking studies to ensure our client remains competitive in the market

• Job Evaluation: Assess job positions, establish pay bands/market pricing, and update job descriptions as required.

• Data Analysis: Analyze compensation data and trends, create reports, and work with the Total Rewards Leader to maintain competitive compensation practices.

• Compensation Processes: Oversee the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases and short-term incentives, ensuring clear communication and effective implementation for our client's workforce.

• Workers' Compensation: Manage the workers' compensation program, including claim monitoring, file maintenance, and coordination with relevant parties to resolve claims.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.

• 5+ years of experience analyzing and recommending best practices for compensation plans and policies.

• 1+ years of experience administering worker's compensation plans.

• Experience with Dayforce is preferred.

Position Benefits, Pay, & Schedule:

• Office located in Northern suburbs of Minneapolis, MN.

• Hybrid/onsite work model for MN residents only.

• Flexible hours; core business hours 8 am to 5 pm.

• Pay range is $85k to $95k and depends on experience.

• Direct-hire opportunity w/ excellent benefits package included.
