DESCRIPTION:

They need an experienced Accounting Specialist to support the finance department ensuring that all customer invoices are submitted for payment and posted accurately in a timely manner. This role will provide superior customer service
FUNCTIONS:
Assists with processing invoices weekly.
Monitors account receivables and identifies overdue accounts.
Contacts customers with overdue accounts and attempts to collect the overdue amount.
Maintains record of contacts and attempted contacts with delinquent account customers.
Resolves customer issues and complaints concerning billing.
Collaborates with the Accounting Manager to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic basis.
Runs monthly statements for all divisions and identifies clients that need attention.
Reviews statements for accuracy and delivers to client for review.
Researches any discrepancies in accounts or billings.
Maintains the accounts receivable guideline spreadsheet for customer invoicing and statement guidelines.
Responds to customer requests and questions.
Assists the AR team in ensuring invoices are accurate and purchase order requirements are being met.
13.Monitors invoices for accuracy and looks for trends in invoicing changes; continuously improves Allpoints invoicing process.
