Description:

SALESFORCE ADMINISTRATOR, EXECUTIVE EDUCATION, Sloan School of Management, to serve as system administrator for the Salesforce environment which includes Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Community, Commerce Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CMS, MuleSoft, and Tableau. Will develop an understanding of the MSEE business needs and suggest and teach best practices; handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows, data integrations, and other routine tasks; oversee the database for data quality and integrity, including use of DemandTools; execute rapid analysis and decomposition of complex business information into technical process components; perform ongoing improvements in Salesforce by doing continuous research of new Salesforce feature functionality; understand and leverage the connectivity of the Salesforce ecosystem and related external data sources such as SAP and a data mart; and support the integration of third-party software and AppExchange products with Salesforce, including Conga, TurnTo, Qualtrics, ZoomInfo, Stripe, and others.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: bachelors degree in a relevant field, business or technology; at least three years of experience as Salesforce (SFDC) administrator or business systems analyst and with enterprise systems or project management; familiarity with the Education Cloud Data Architecture (EDA); thorough understanding of key end to end CRM processes with extensive knowledge of best practices in CRM space, both process and technology; and Salesforce administrator certification. PREFERRED: experience with Lightning, Process Builder, and Flow. Job #24407-8

Salary range: $73,490 - $98,283 - $123,075, based on related experience, expertise, and internal equity. Generally, new hires can expect pay between the minimum and midpoint of the range.
